Bangladeshi Rupchanda Fish Grill

Ingredients:

Rupachanda (500 grams) of salt,
1 teaspoon of lemon juice,
1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
oil for frying,
two lemons,
onions 1.
Spice paste: 5 red chillies,
half teaspoon whole cumin,
garlic 5 clove,
pepper 5/6,
1 piece of ginger,
cloves 4/5,
the teaspoon of vinegar,
salt.


Method

1. first clean and wash rupachanda well.
2. Mix with salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder and keep half an hour in the refrigerator.
3. Make fine paste of all the spices mixed with some water.
4. put the spices paste on both side of fis put for15 minutes in the refrigerator.
5. Wash the lemon and cut .
6. cut the onion as ring,
7. put the fish in tot oven for 10 minutes, turn it once at half the way, when became light brown.
8. in case of no oven you may fry it on fry pan.
