Beef chap with Saffron

• meat 1 kg
• 1.5 tsp cumin paste
• 2 teaspoon pepper
• 4 teaspoon saffron, nuts horliks
• 1.5 tsp turmeric
• yogurt 3 table spoon
• 1 cup of soybean oil
• Mustard oil half cup
• 2 table spoon of ginger paste
• 2 table spoon of garlic paste
• 2 cup small cut onion
• Papaya paste 2 table spoon
• teaspoon barbecue spices
• salt as taste

 

Method

 

1. Cut the meat into thin.
II. Then the meat chop and will take all the ingredients except the oil.
3. then the meat cook in hot oil.
4. when meat will fried then finished and taste it.
