Chicken sizzling
|Ingredients:
Chicken (thinly sliced): 2 cups
Ginger (chopped): 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Garlic (chopped): 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Dried red chillies ( with seeds): 6 – 8
Red chilli paste: 2- 3 tsp (as spicy you want it to be)
Onion (cut in rings) : a and 1/2 cup
Carrot ( cut in rectangular shaped): 1
Capsicum (chopped): 1/2 cup
Salt: as per your taste
Testing salt: 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce: 3/4 cup
Soy sauce (Dark): 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice: 2 Tbsp
Sugar: i tsp
Butter: 1 tbsp
Oil : 4 tbsp
** If you want it to be more spicy, you can cut down the amount of tomato sauce in it, and add more red chilli paste.

How will you prepare?
1. Mix the chicken with red chilli paste and keep it aside. In another bowl, mix salt, testing salt, tomato sauce, lemon juice and sugar together.
2.Heat oil in a wok. Add the dried red chillies with seeds, cutting them in the middle. Saute them and let them release the spiciness. Make sure you don’t burn the chillies. Once it starts releasing the spiciness, add in garlic and ginger. Once they are soft and release it’s some flavor, add in chicken mixed red chilli paste and saute it for a while.
3. Now, add in the soy sauce and onions! Mix them well. Once the onions start to get soft. Add the tomato mixture and toss. Now, add in the carrots and mix them also. At last, add capsicum as it changes its green color and mix. Your chicken sizzling is cooked and all you is to get them to your sizzler tray!
4. Now, before serving the sizzling chicken, you need heat your sizzler tray for 30 minutes. Once it is heated, add in the butter and be ready for some smoke! Now add the chicken you cooked. If your chicken cooked is cold, you can microwave it and then add in your tray. Serve it hot and enjoy!
