Milky prawn curry

Ingredients:

1 1/4 lbs jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined (weight after peeled)
1 Teaspoon garlic paste,
1 teaspoon ginger paste,
Chilli 4 slices,
Milk 1 / 2 cup
Yogurt 3 table spoon
Onion paste 1/3 cup,
Cinnamon’s 2
Chili powder 1 teaspoon,
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon,
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon,
Oil 1 / 2 cup
Tomato two slices
Coriander leaves chop 3 Teaspoon
Salt as test

Method:

1. Peel, de-vein and rinse the prawns. Mix them with a pinch of salt, just 1 tsp of Garlic paste, ginger paste, yogurt, coriander powder, cumin powder and marinate for 20-30 mins.
2. Heat the oil in a pan until hot and fry the shrimp red color and put out.
3. Heat the oil in another pan until hot and add the Onion paste,
4. One by one, add all of the past and the powdered spices. Cook well and add prawns in spices.
5. Add milk for cooking.
6. Add Chili.
7. Add tomatoes.
8. Add coriander and serve.
