Red Valvet Cake In Pressure Cooker

Ingredients

All purpose flour – 1 cups
Baking Soda – 1 teaspoon
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar – 1, 1/4 cups
Egg – 2
Oil – 1/2 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
White vinegar – 1 tablespoon
Vanilla Essence – 1 teaspoon
Liquid red food color – 1 tablespoon

Method

1. Mix all the Ingredients.
2. Preheat your cooker for 10 min.
3. Pour mixture in pan.
4. Set the cake pan in pressure cooker.
5.Bake for 40 min.
