Shahi Sweet Yogurt
|INGREDIENTS
1 liter full cream/ whole milk
3-4 tbsps yogurt
250 gms sugar
Red food color
Nut
PREPARATION
- Boil the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan, on a medium flame till it is reduced to half its original volume.
- Add sugar.
- When milk warm add nut paste.
- Add yogurt.
- Pure in a pot.
- Cover and keep warm place.
