Chicken Capsicum
|Ingredients
1kg – Chicken
25 – Green chillies
1/2 cup – Chinese chilli sauce
1/2 cup – soya sauce
2 – Capsicum
1 – Onions
2 tsp – Corn flour
2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
– 2 tsp – Chicken masala powder
1 tsp – Garam Masala
1 tsp – chilli powder
Salt
Method
Grind the green chillies into a fine paste and fry them in the kadai adding ghee or oil till light brown.
Then add chicken, onions, and chopped capsicums along with all the powders, sauces, and salt and cook until the
chicken is done.
No need to add water.
Add corn flour mixed in a little water and cook till done.
