Ingredients

Rice
Mustard oil
Whole Cumin
Red chili
Onion
Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
Coriander Paste 1/2 tsp
Ginger Paste 1/2 tsp
Salt
Hot Water

Method

1. Wash rice and remove extra water.
2. In a pan add mustard oil.
3. Add whole Cumin and red chili.
4. Add onion and fry until brown.
5. Add garlic paste, coriander paste, ginger paste, salt.
6. Add rice and fry 5 minutes.
