Patato Dal


250 g potatoes (Boiled)
3 tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon cumin (whole)
1/2 teaspoon red chile (crushed)
20 g green chilies
6 whole red chilies
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
4 tablespoons tamarind pulp
2 tablespoons oil
Coriander leaves


1. Boil potatoes with 3cup water, and make Paste with hot water.
2. In pan put oil add Onions, salt, chilies, turmeric, garlic and ginger paste.
Lower the flame to a medium flame and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Then add potato paste and cooked 5 minutes.
4. Add tomato cubes.
5. Add Coriander leaves. And Removed.
6. Last hit some oil and add some onions in it. When onions colors brown then this Poured into potato dal.
7. Serve with rice or ruti.
